Warwick, Rhode Island – January 3, 1964 

     On January 3, 1964, a lone student pilot was making a landing in a single-engine airplane at Hillsgrove Airport in Warwick when the nose wheel collapsed causing the plane to nose over and skid to a stop.  The pilot was not injured.
