Templeton, Massachusetts – January 28, 1984
On January 28, 1984, a rented Piper Cherokee, (N55495), took off from Mansfield, Massachusetts, bound for Manchester, New Hampshire, with four people aboard, and disappeared in-route. The wreckage of the missing plane was found on February 10th by a 40-year-old man and his 18-year-old daughter in a remote section of woods in Templeton. There were no survivors.
