North Adams, Massachusetts – August 29, 1956
On August 29, 1956, a U. S. Air Force fighter jet made an emergency crash-landing at Hirriman Airport in North Adams. Damaged to the aircraft was described as “considerable”, but the pilot was not injured.
No further details are known.
