Huntington, Massachusetts – May 21, 1948
On the night of May 21, 1948, a small plane with two men aboard crashed in a heavily wooded area of Huntington, Massachusetts. One man was killed in the accident. The survivor made his way out of the wilderness and reported the crash before collapsing into unconsciousness. He was transported to Noble Hospital in Westfield with critical injuries.
