Ashburnham, Massachusetts – May 10, 1948
On May 10, 1948, a 31-year-old man was killed when the single-engine Fairchild airplane he was piloting crashed on the Da Costa farm in Ashburnham. The aircraft belonged to Wachusett Aviation Inc. The cause of the accident was not stated in the press.
