Passamadumkeag Mountain, Maine – December 10, 1969
On December 13, 1969, a Piper Aztec (N5090Y) with three men aboard took off from Old Town, Maine, bound for Portland, Maine. While in route the aircraft encountered heavy fog and crashed into the southeast side of Passamadumkeag Mountain killing all aboard.
